The Taskbar of the Windows 10 operating system is the strip located at the bottom of the screen by default which consists of the Start button located at its far left end and the time on its far right end. The Taskbar also consists of the software icons (buttons) in between as well as the Tray icons and other toolbars. You can think of the Taskbar as your working table with different tools to work with. The Taskbar can be moved to different corners of the screen like to the left, top, right, and to the bottom. The Taskbar can be moved to the different corners of the screen by simply dragging it with the mouse (if the Taskbar is not locked) and or through the Taskbar settings.
Here are the steps to move the Taskbar to different locations on the screen on Windows 10.
1. Right-click on empty area of the Taskbar and choose TASKBAR SETTINGS option.
2. Scroll down the Taskbar settings by dragging down the scroll bar on the right edge of the Settings window until you find the pull down menu labeled "Taskbar location on screen". (Alternatively, you can use the mouse wheel if your mouse is equipped with it to scroll down while the Settings window is in front of you.)
3. Click the pull down menu labeled "Taskbar location on screen" to show the other options.
4. Click the location that you desire either left, top, right, or bottom.
5. Click the red X icon located at the top right corner of the screen.
