The Brave software is a Chromium based web browser just like the Google Chrome and other popular web browsers. It is free to use under the Mozilla Public License 2.0 (MPL). The striking feature of the Brave web browser which it is known for is sharing web advertisement profits to the users for them to earn money while browsing the internet. It is also loaded with features that will provide conveniences to the users and one of them is to be able to save your usernames and passwords to the Brave software itself so that you do not have to type them in every time you sign on to your online accounts. There are times that you have to sacrifice something for something, which in this case, you have to give up some security for the convenience of auto sign-in. If you prefer the convenience of having your usernames and passwords saved into the web browser, you must always practice locking up your computer every time you move away from it; else, anyone who happens to sit in front of your computer unlocked will be able to steal your login information. For optimum security, it is recommended to set the Brave web browser not to save your login credentials.
