The Microsoft Paint is a pre-installed drawing software that can be used to make digital painting as well as edit photos and it is light and simple to use. Though Paint is not as extensive as other photo editing software like Adobe Photoshop, you can use it to edit and fix minor problems which is actually good enough for people who are not into professional photo editing. There would be a time that you may need to rotate or flip a picture especially those images that were scanned from a scanner or pictures that were e-mailed to you. With the readily available Paint, there is no need to download, install, and learn on how to accomplish simple tasks.
Here are the steps to rotate an image using Microsoft Paint.
1. Right-click on the image or photo that you need to rotate, which in this case, right-click on the SERVICE MANUAL P40 file, choose OPEN WITH option, and click on PAINT from the list.

2. The scanned image is now loaded in Paint, click on the ROTATE menu, and click on ROTATE RIGHT 90° option or depending on the orientation that you need.

3. Click on the SAVE button located on the top left corner of the Paint window. (Alternatively, you can simply press the CTRL key on the keyboard, while pressing it, hit the letter S key.)
