Recycle Bin Icon Missing From Desktop Of Windows 8.1

The Recycle Bin is an area on the Windows operating system where the deleted files and folders are directed so that you will still have an option to recover them if need be. The Recycle Bin is represented by an icon that looks like a garbage basket. There are actually two kinds of icons that represents the Recycle Bin, the first one is a garbage basket that is empty if there are no deleted files and folders in it, and the second one is a garbage basket that is filled up if there are now deleted files and folders in it. The Recycle Bin icon is one of the icons that is present by default on a newly installed Windows operating system. If the Recycle Bin icon is not present on the Desktop view, that means it was set to be hidden.
