They say that secrecy is now hard to conceal due to digital age and that it is better to go out there naked. This is true because it is now very easy to pass on information wherever you are in just a matter of minutes or even seconds. But of course, as technology progress, so is the method of keeping information secured. Word processors now also include options to protect your documents with passwords. OpenOffice.org Writer 3.3.0 has an option for you to save your documents with passwords so that you can keep your documents confidential. You should also practice using passwords that are hard to guess to make sure that it will be difficult for the intruder to break into your documents. However, you should assure to yourself that you will not forget the password that you made because there is no option to retrieve the password if you forgotten it, thus, you will be forbidden to see your own documents. The OpenOpen.org is an open source software aimed to compete with Microsoft Office.
