In case you are wondering if what is the Windows Taskbar, this is the long bar that is located in the bottom of the screen by default and that has the START button on the left end and the time on the right end. The Windows Taskbar will not hide by itself unless you changed its settings. Or probably you let other people use your personal computer, where the initials PC came from, and changed the settings of your Windows Taskbar. In any case, if the Windows Taskbar is not visible in any of the four sides of the screen, you will just adjust the settings of the Windows Taskbar to show all the time and this can be done through the Control Panel.
1. Press the Flying Window key on the keyboard to show the Start menu (The Flying Window key is located on the bottom left corner of the keyboard and it is in between the ALT and the CTRL keys).
2. Use the mouse to click the CONTROL PANEL option on the Start menu.
3. Assuming that your Control Panel window is already in Classic View, double-click the TASKBAR AND START MENU icon.
4. Remove the check in the little boxes that says "Lock the taskbar", and "Auto-hide the taskbar". However, put a check in the little box that says "Keep the taskbar on top of other windows".
5. Click OK button.
