Enable Auto-Complete Of Forms On MSIE 6.0

When you open web pages that have forms to fill up, you can set the Internet Explorer 6.0 to automatically suggest what you previously typed in the specific boxes of the forms, such as name, e-mail addresses, so forth and so on. For example, as you type into the "Name" field or box of a form, a pull down menu will appear with list of suggested names that you typed before. Amazingly, the browser can determine if you are typing in the "Name" field that is why it can list the names that you typed before in the "Name" field. Just click on the name on the list that you want to input so that you do not have to continue typing it. The AutoComplete feature can also provide matches when you type into the searches, stock quotes, or in almost any field on web pages forms.

1. Right-click on the Internet Explorer icon on the desktop view and choose PROPERTIES to open the Internet Properties window.

2. Click the CONTENT tab.

3. Click the AUTOCOMPLETE... button.

4. Put a check into the FORMS check box by clicking on it.

5. Click the OK button.

6. Click the OK button on the Internet Properties window to close it.
