Enable Auto-Suggest Of Web Address On MSIE 6.0

You can set the Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 to automatically suggest the web address that you previously accessed before as you type into its web address bar. As you type into the web address bar, a pull down menu will appear below it with list of web addresses that you previously accessed before that you can choose from. In this way, you do not have to continue typing the whole web address that you want to access again. Just click on the web address that you want to access and it will automatically go into the web address box and open the site right away.

1. Right-click the Internet Explorer icon on the desktop and choose PROPERTIES.

2. Click the CONTENT tab.

3. Click the AUTOCOMPLETE... button.

4. Put a check in the little box that says WEB ADDRESSES.

5. Click the OK button.

6. Click the OK button on the Internet Options button.
