Bluetooth is a short-range wireless technology standard that is used for exchanging data between fixed and mobile devices over short distances and building personal area networks (PANs). Devices that employs Bluetooth ranges from headsets, mouse, speakers, and anything that can be connected wirelessly with short distance. If your Bluetooth device is not working, you can try restarting the device which usually do the trick. If restarting did not help, you can try removing the device from the Control Panel and pair it again.
Here are the steps to remove a Bluetooth device on Windows 10.
1. Click the START button that is usually located on the bottom left corner of the screen, then click SETTINGS option.

2. Click the DEVICES category.

3. Click the device that you want to remove, which in this case, click the ALARM CLOCK device.

4. Click the REMOVE DEVICE button.

5. Click YES button.
