Vivaldi is one of the newest browsers which was officially launched on April 16, 2016, it is cross platform, and intentionally similar to the Opera browser. Just like any web browsers, temporary internet files or browsing data get stored to the computer to render web pages into the screen as well as to save the settings of the user. The browsing data are good though they can take up hard drive space over time, may cause outdated webpage to show up in your screen, and may cause problems accessing the internet or specific websites. The first troubleshooting step that is recommended when you are having problems connecting to websites is to clear the browsing data to make sure that your browser will download the latest website's files to the computer. Deleting the browsing data will also free up hard drive space and optimize the performance of the Vivaldi browser.
Here are the steps to clear the browsing data on Vivaldi browser.
1. Click the MENU button that is located on the top left corner of the Vivaldi browser, choose TOOLS option, then click on DELETE BROWSING DATA... option.
2. Click the pull down menu labeled "Delete Data for:" and choose ALL TIME option (Or depending how far back in time you want to delete).
3. Click the check box labeled "All" to put a check in it. You can click the check boxes of the data that you want to retain to remove the check in it.
4. Click the DELETE button.
