The Desktop of the Windows 10 operating system is the first view that shows up after logging in. It consists of the Recycle Bin, folders and files, shortcut icons that points to the software installed on the computer, and the background picture (also known as wallpaper). The Desktop is like the working table that has your tools to work on your project. By default, the size of the icons on the desktop is set to medium and you can change this setting to either large icons or small icons. Even though you can only choose from large, medium, and small sizes, the size of the Desktop icons will vary depending on the display and graphics adapter that your computer have. The size of the Desktop icons can also be changed by tweaking of the operating system's registry but this is for another discussion.
