Remove Person (User, Profile) On Google Chrome Version 84

The Google Chrome software also has the option to add another person user (also known as profiles on other browsers) so that they have their own separate information like bookmarks, history, passwords, and other settings. This option is ideal if you are sharing a computer with multiple people or keeping your different accounts separate, like work and personal. In this way, you do not have to worry about your settings getting changed and your bookmarks getting deleted or messed up. The Google Chrome software also provides desktop shortcut icons named after each person users to launch the web browser specifically for their own use. If your Google Chrome software has multiple persons or profiles added and one of them is not being used anymore, you can easily delete it and their bookmarks, history, passwords, and other settings are erased from the computer.

Here are the steps to remove or delete a person or profile on Google Chrome web browser version 84 for Windows, these steps are just the same or similar to fairly older or newer versions.

1. Click the PROFILE icon located at the top right corner of the Google Chrome window, and then click on the MANAGE PEOPLE icon.

2. Click the OPTIONS icon on the top right corner of the profile that you want to remove.

3. Click the REMOVE THIS PERSON option.

4. Click the REMOVE THIS PERSON button to confirm.
