Show Blank Page When Opening Firefox 3.5.2

There is always a web page that is opening every time a browser is launched and I do not know of any famous browser that does not open a web page every time it is opened. Of course, this is because the browser has a pre-determined default home page at installation. If you do not have a preferred web page to automatically open when you launch the Firefox browser, you can set it to launch with a blank page. In this way, the browser will also open faster and go right away to the web site that you want to visit.

1. Double-click the FIREFOX icon on the desktop view to launch your Firefox browser.

2. Click the TOOLS menu across the top of the Firefox browser.

3. Click the MAIN icon across the top of the Options window.

4. Click the pull down menu for "When Firefox starts:" and choose SHOW A BLANK PAGE.

5. Click OK button.
