Adjust Or Reset Text Size On Firefox To Default

Adjusting text size on web pages while viewing them in the Firefox has more options than in the Internet Explorer. In Internet Explorer, if you adjust the text size larger or smaller, the pictures also follows respectively, which is also the same case in the Firefox browser. However, there is an option in the Firefox browser to adjust the text size only, which does not affect the pictures. In this way, you can make the text on the web pages larger for you to be able to read easier without sacrificing the quality of the images.

Here are the steps to adjust the text size on web pages for Firefox 3.5.2 on Windows XP.

1. Double-click the FIREFOX icon on the desktop view to launch it. Alternately, you can click the START button, choose ALL PROGRAMS, choose MOZILLA FIREFOX, then click on MOZILLA FIREFOX.


2. Click the VIEW menu on the Firefox toolbar across the top and choose ZOOM, and click ZOOM IN to adjust the text size larger or ZOOM OUT to adjust the text size smaller.


3. To reset the text size to the default, choose the RESET option.

4. To set the Firefox to adjust the text size only, choose the ZOOM TEXT ONLY so that the Firefox will only adjust the text size every time you zoom in or out.

NOTE:
It is also possible to adjust the text size on Firefox by pressing the CTRL key on the keyboard, while pressing it, scroll the mouse scroller up and down.

Likewise, you can also adjust by pressing the CTRL key on the keyboard, while pressing it, press the + (plus) key to increase the text size adn - (minus) key to decrease the text size.
