The internet browsers nowadays allows you to login to it to personalize the application so that it will follow you wherever you go. In this way, your personal settings and favorites will automatically appear when you login to the browser especially if you login to another computer. This is very convenient because you have access to the things that are necessary to you and this serves as a backup too. You can set the Microsoft Edge browser to automatically log you in to the Microsoft account that is currently logged in so that you do not have to do it every time you open the browser. This is actually the default setting and you can turn it off if you prefer to do it manually when you open the Microsoft Edge browser. This is also helpful so that the Microsoft Edge will not just simply login to the Microsoft account that is currently logged in that might not be yours.
Here are the steps to stop the Microsoft Edge internet browser from automatically logging in.
1. Click the SETTINGS button that is located at the top right corner of the Microsoft Edge window and click the SETTINGS option.

2. Click the PROFILES category on the left pane if not chosen, then click the PROFILE PREFERENCES option under the Profile settings category on the right pane.

3. Click the switch labeled "Automatic sign in on Edge" to turn it off.

4. Click the red X button located at the top right corner to close the Settings page.
